PVC profile production line is mainly used for PVC door and window profiles, wood-plastic products, special-shaped cable porous threading pipes, decorative profiles, etc.

The unit is composed of a dimension-shaped twin-screw extruder, a vacuum setting table, a traction machine, a cutting and laminating machine, and a material turning machine. Different specifications of conical twin-screw extruders can be selected according to different profiles and molds.

The vacuum sizing table adopts a special large vortex cooling system, which is convenient for cooling and shaping. According to different molds and sizing tables, 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters and other specifications can be selected to meet the requirements of high-speed extrusion.

The tractor adopts our company's unique lifting technology, which has stable operation, good reliability and large traction force. The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the tractor. The design is reasonable and the operation is stable. It can be automatically cut to length and is equipped with a dust recovery device. The unit has the characteristics of novel shape and reasonable structure.
