One, installation site

For installation of PE pipe production line, please choose a place with sufficient space and pay attention to the following:

1. There should be no obstacles such as pillars within the moving range of materials and machines.

2. The height of the ceiling should be more than 1000mm higher than the machine.

3. There should be space for metal mould collection toolbox.

4. There should be convenient space for moving in and out materials, machine maintenance and repair.

5. There should be space for opening and closing the strong electric cabinet.

6. It shall not be set in the machine accessories that produce dust, such as grinding machine, or the place where dust is produced.

7. Keep away from welding machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, grinder machines and other noisy machines.

8. Please choose a place with warm wind and no direct sunlight.

9. Do not set it in the vicinity of high-current machines and equipment, and use the power supply independently.

Second, the handling

2. Please use transportation equipment and wire rope that can bear the weight of the machine.

3. When suspending PE pipe production line, please use wire rope to suspend the machine body at the lower end of the machine, pay attention to balance while gently lifting.

4. Pay attention to balance when using forklift forks to move the main body of the machine.

5. Do not hit the machine when lifting or lowering it.
