Scope of application

It is suitable for the crushing of various plastics, rubber, fabrics, leather, cardboard, wood and aluminum foil. When the amount of crushing is large, feeding conveyor, suction fan, storage bin and dust removal system can be configured.

Function introduction

●The body adopts steel structure, which has strong rigidity and good impact resistance.

●The spindle system is balanced, and the machine runs stably and reliably.

●Using V-shaped cutting technology, the workpiece slides from both sides to the middle during cutting, reducing the friction between the two side walls of the machine.

●According to the crushing requirements of different materials, the moving knives on the spindle can be designed into 5 groups or 7 groups.

●The bearing is installed outside the body, and dust or water is not easy to penetrate. Good heat dissipation, easy maintenance and repair.

●Equipped with double-cylinder hydraulic drive device, maintenance and cleaning are more convenient.

●Optional inertia flywheel to improve cutting strength.

●According to different material requirements, auxiliary fixed knife can be selected.
