Equipment introduction

The pipe production line is mainly used for the production of agricultural water supply and drainage, construction water supply and drainage cable laying and other aspects of the pipe diameter, wall thickness of plastic PVC pipe. The unit is composed of conical (parallel) twin screw extruder, vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, turning rack and so on. Screw extruder and tractor adopt AC frequency conversion speed regulating device, vacuum pump and traction motor adopt good performance products. The tractor has two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, eight claws and other traction. Optional saw blade cutting type or planet cutting type, with length gauge and thickening device, reliable performance and high production efficiency.

According to the requirements of users, the company can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe and core foam pipe unit after equipped with special equipment, and replace the extruder to produce PP, PE, ABS, PPRPEX, silicon core pipe and other materials.
