●Belt feeding and quantitative feeding, always keep the barrel and screw fully loaded and evenly extruded.

●The working principle of the compaction bin is similar to that of the granulator, which can be used for secondary crushing.

●The material of the barrel and screw is 38CrMoAI, and the overall nitriding is 0.5-0.6mm, which has the advantages of durable wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good rigidity and resistance to internal strain. .

●The filter screen has hydraulic screen changer, meshless grinding head, and plate screen changer, which does not stop and keep stripping.

●There are two ways of dicing: water ring dicing and strip dicing.

●The barrel is equipped with double vacuum exhaust.
