Building block screw element. It adopts precise calculation design, screw configuration, and barrel structure can be adjusted according to process requirements, and optimized configuration.

The screw element and the mandrel are connected by an involute spline to achieve higher torque and larger screw volume.

The screw element is made of high-quality alloy steel W6Mo5CrIV2, the mandrel is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the inner side of the cylinder is double-alloy bushing, which can be used for various operations.

Vacuum exhaust barrel. All the moisture in the material volatilize. Reduce the moisture content of wood-plastic particles.
