Equipment introduction

The hard material granulator is mainly suitable for the processing of recycled granules of flakes. The main flakes are PP. HOPE. ABS. Ps. , Two-stage water ring pelletizing, two-level strand pelletizing.

Function introduction

●There is a screw pusher under the hopper to achieve uniform feeding, and always keep the barrel and screw fully loaded and evenly extruded.

●The material of the barrel and screw is 38CrMoAl, and the overall nitriding is 0.5-0.6mm, which has the advantages of durable wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good rigidity and resistance to internal strain.

●The filter screen has hydraulic screen changer, meshless grinding head, and plate screen changer, which does not stop and keep stripping.

●There are two ways of dicing: water ring dicing and strip dicing.

●The barrel is equipped with double vacuum exhaust.
